What is your Shipping Policy?
We ship daily with USPS and FEDEX. You will be able to find your tracking number either in your order details page, or it will be Emailed directly to your Email address. Most items are shipped next business day, however some items due to warehouse locations or final assembly can take 3-7 days to ship. If you need the item sooner please contact us for a specific time frame to your item.
Do you ship internationally?

What is your Return Policy?
We try and give complete and accurate descriptions. If you receive an item that did not match the listing or has other issues that are not in the description, we will do what ever it takes to make things correct. Returns are accepted. You must contact us with invoice number and reason for return before sending item back. You must have a Return Authorization Number before returning the item. There is NO refund on shipping charges, unless the error was on our part. All refunds will be processed by the next business day after the item has been returned. Refunds may take up to 48 hours to appear on your account. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless prior arrangements have been made.
What Customer Service help do you offer?
We strive to offer the BEST service possible. We will do what it takes to make your buying experience a positive one. If you do not see an item you are looking for please let us know, as I can typically get the item in for you. If an item is out of stock due to high sales demand or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified of an approximate restock date and given the option to wait for the item or be given an immediate full refund. Our Store/shop business hours are 9:00-5:00 Mon-Fri (central time) We will answer all phone and email questions during regular business hours.
